Grandma came to our house to spend the weekend. Grandpa went on a "guy" biking trip to Moab. The kids could not wait for her to arrive. She brought flowers and groceries to make dinner, along with her worker bee attitude.The kids loved that she got to sleepover and make breakfast two mornings in a row. Sam loved learning how to tie his own quilt. He was so attentive and anxious about getting it finished before bedtime, but he had to wait until the next day. As you can see it was worth the wait. He loves it and he helped finish Britton's blanket too. Ellee thought the new blankets were all hers. Sam came with me and grandma on a fun bike ride by the lake and we stopped at a fun park and ate our lunch. We also went on some long walks in the neighborhood. My mother and I have always loved to go on walks together. We finished up the last evening with dinner and then grandma made cookies with the kids. They kept eating the dough (yummy).Thanks mom we loved every second you were here. By the way can you move closer????? We want more:)
