Sam is legal!!! American Red Cross says that 11 is the legal age to start babysitting... I still think it depends on the child and some are ready sooner than others. For Sam it depends on his mood and if his buddies are doing something fun. He sure loves his sis though, so babysitting her won't be too much torture. Sam is so fun. Having a "tween" is exciting. You start to remember how you were at that age. He is going to get some braces slapped on him soon, hopefully keeping all girls out of the picture for a few more years... HAPPY BIRTHDAY SAM! For his party, we took him and his friends out on the boat for tubing. The water is still pretty dang cold.

Lucky you to have a babysitter at home. We have another four years before that happens. Sounds like Sam had a great birthday party.

Sam is a cute kid, and is going to be one handsome guy as he gets older! I can't wait until I have a built-in babysitter!
